Course Information

This course will delve deep into the rich abundance of the summer garden. Beginning by working in BHA's own lovely studio garden, you will then take a trip out to one of the beautiful hidden garden gems close to Ullapool and spend time drawing and painting on location, before taking your finds back to the studio to continue to develop in mixed media using drawing, printmaking and paint. As you develop the work further, you will move towards making a large scale piece that captures the rich colour, mark and energy of the summer garden.
