Course Information

This dynamic course invites students to explore the art of visual storytelling and narrative in their work. Throughout the week you will use a variety of techniques and approaches to think about different ways of creating a series of images and visually communicating an idea or story. A range of activities - from creation of pop-up worlds to using rubber stamps and producing simple animation - will encourage students to explore alternative ways of visual storytelling, to take inspiration from text and words, and to think about how life and movement can unfold in an artwork.
