Welcome to Bridgehouse Art, a creative and exciting environment for making and studying art. The studio sits above the fast flowing Ullapool River and offers excellent facilities for a maximum of seven students. It is open to all, the beginner or experienced artist alike and aims to develop a greater visual language, increase and encourage new direction. |
|
In addition to the summer courses, there is a two-term Portfolio course designed for those who wish to apply for degree study at art school or who would like to study art at a deeper level. Alongside the challenge of the courses, Ullapool provides a base from which to explore the Western Isles, with the ferry to Lewis and various boat trips to the summer Isles. It is also an excellent starting point for those who wish to venture into the hills or enjoy quiet walks around the shores of Loch Broom. |
